About The Opportunity
Schedule: Fulltime - Days and Nights 7:00am - 7:00pm - 7:00pm - 7:00am (rotating weekends) / 3X12hrs shifts

The best of the best, working with incredible tenacity, drive, heart and wicked smart. • You will be able to care for ECMO, TAVR, Impella, CABGs, Complex Trauma patient • Cohesive teamwork, opportunity to be trained and developed by top notch nurses, educators, mentors and physicians Responsibilities: • Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care. • Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care is in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standards
EDUCATION • ADN required • BSN preferred LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS • Current Missouri State Licensure as a Registered Nurse (Compact license is accepted but MO State RN license required within 30 days of hire) • Current BLS ACLS - within 6 months of hire EXPERIENCE • Must have at least 1 year of current, recent ICU/Critical Care experience. SPECIAL NOTES: MICU - 16 Beds - COVID Unit 2:1 Ratio SICU - 16 Beds - 2:1 Ratio NEURO ICU - 12 Beds PCU - 24 Beds - 4:1 Ratio Average Stay 3-7 days ( not the COVID unit) Solid Leadership Collaborative and excellent TEAM environment INTERVIEW DAYS - Already on Hiring Managers Calendars Onsite - Every Wednesday 12:00pm - 3:00pm Phone - Every Thursday - 11:00am - 12:00pm
