About The Opportunity
YOUR ROLE The Marketing Manager for Zotos develops and maintains marketing strategies for their brand(s) to meet brand, category and company objectives. Analyzes market trends and brand performance to aid in the development and introduction of new products and promotions and ensures excellent execution of these programs. As category and brand champion in hair, lead cross-functional team in the development and execution of plans to drive category and brand performance. Clearly communicate the category/brand vision, focus team on key objectives, stimulate innovation, ensure tasks are accomplished with excellence and in a timely manner, and lead problem solving to remove obstacles and resolve issues. Manage and maintain brands’ P&L Budget/SPP planning. Work closely with Digital team to develop key digital brand strategies and manage digital execution. Oversee brand forecasting, working closely with Operations and Sales, to ensure production of new products as well as inventory levels of current SKUs are maintained at reasonable levels. Coach and manage direct report for optimum productivity and growth of brands.
YOUR SKILLS An undergraduate degree is required. An MBA is desirable. Minimum of 5-7 years of increasing responsibility in CPG industry. Must have a collaborative approach, confident decision-making skills, be creative, detail oriented and have a passion for beauty/hair Strong team orientation. Business and financial acumen. Digital marketing experience.
