Job Description

  • Data Analyst Analyst position responsible for supporting Test & Learn functional area, where tests pertain to small scale execution of business ideas.
  • MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Under supervision set tests up and run analysis to best measure test effectiveness. Understand KPIs/Key metrics to measure and evaluate test performance. Deliver standard weekly reports and analysis using PowerPoint and excel Develops and maintains an on-going and detailed understanding of the data which supports the test analytics Acts as a liaison between the business users and vendor for accurate data management. Adopts new technologies

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical & mathematical skills
  • Critical thinking skills to understand high level business questions and objectives
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Access & Outlook)
  • EXPERIENCE:
  • 1-3 years of work experience working with data, analyzing and reporting
  • Knowledge of retail industry is helpful, but not required
  • Strong analytical & mathematical skills
  • Critical thinking skills to understand high level business questions and objectives
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Project, Access & Outlook)
  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, mathematics, finance or other quantitative field
