Job Description

  • Two contractors are needed to deploy Windows 10 throughout NC.
  • Technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and systems
  • Hands-on technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
  • Remote technical and functional assistance to business and technical users
  • Experience configuring and deploying devices with Windows 7, ideally Windows 10
  • Experience working with an enterprise number of devices, 1000+
  • Experience with SCCM is a plus
  • Experience working with and configuring external devices such as printers
  • Supporting 13 NC locations as they prepare for their January 2020 deadline to convert completely to Windows 10
  • Deploy and configure over 1000 devices, as a team, to Windows 10
  • Upgrade or replace hardware and software systems
  • Working with SCCM to remotely support and prepare devices
  • Troubleshoot hardware and computer peripherals.

Required Skills

  • Experience configuring and deploying devices with Windows 7, ideally Windows 10 Required 1 Years
  • Experience working with an enterprise number of devices, 1000+ Required 1 Years
  • Experience with SCCM is a plus Required 1 Years
  • Experience working with and configuring external devices such as printers Required 1 Years
