Staffactory is a US workforce solutions and integrated services company that helps organizations find, grow, and support their most valuable resource: people. We invented an automated hiring solution and implemented an AI recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding and managing the workforce. We serve the vast majority of industries across the United States, and we work with highly qualified candidates, finding them new roles in the industry while partnering with hiring managers to fill specialized roles with hard-to-find talent. We leverage decades of consulting experience in operations and technology to shape strategic roles and source exceptional candidates.

Our founder
Chiraz Kelly
Chiraz Kelly is a highly accomplished Chief Executive Officer and serial entrepreneur with extensive experience in information technology, staff augmentation, corporate cybersecurity, and security investigations. With a proven history of leading organizations toward growth, Kelly is recognized for her strategic oversight and ability to inspire and motivate teams across all levels. Her role encompasses the development and execution of high-quality business strategies that align with organizational objectives, as well as ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
An analytical thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation, Kelly is known for her interpersonal acumen, public speaking ability, and in-depth knowledge of corporate governance. Her track record includes successful market penetration, mergers and acquisitions, and building robust, scalable enterprises. A graduate of California State University-Dominguez Hills with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, Kelly also contributes her expertise to various advisory and philanthropic boards, including her alma mater.
